2. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery.

⚠️ No return or refund request will be accepted after 2 days except for damaged or wrong products.

3. Eligibility for Return

• Product must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging should be intact
• Invoice or proof of purchase is required
• Return request must be raised within 2 days

4. Non-Returnable Products

• Plants and nursery items
• Fertilizers and chemicals
• Discounted or clearance sale products
• Gift cards

Seed germination and crop performance depend on various external conditions. Therefore, Beejify does not guarantee crop yield or germination percentage.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with:

• Unboxing video
• Product photos
• Order invoice/details

6. Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method wherever applicable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Beejify shall not be responsible for crop failure, farming losses, weather damage, or delays caused by courier partners.
